BP
As we get older our blood pressure increases. So an older person's normal is higher than 120/80. Read about it here. At 45 my normal should be 139/88. Going by the tables thereat, without drugs medication, my present bp should correspond to something less than stage 1 hypertension, ie taking into account my age. Maybe I am just pre-hypertensive there ! Take a look at BP Range diagram here. But the first article doesn't make any note on ethnicity. Here it says ethnicity does bear a difference. Asians bp are lower I think. Therefore their normal is slightly higher that our normal. I should target a reading of 10% less than whatever they table in there.
