I amusedly reminisce the olden days how I would literally jump to carry out tasks assigned by my boss. That’s me, always the kancung type. Not to please the boss, but I have always been the type who becomes happy for a job efficiently accomplished.

Now, having been my own boss for almost seven years, the jumping has finally stopped and on reflection, I cannot remember when it eventually did. Now I sigh instead at my staff’s lack of enthusiasm at carrying out tasks I assign her. It’s simply the case of my wish not being her command.

Hmmm… amusing.
