decision today

I won a most important case today. The Court found my proof of case not satisfactory but the judge accepted one of my objections on technicality. Plaintiff filed the proceedings without first obtaining a leave from the correct court. I won costs as well.

I still need to improve.

I hope the judge, in her heart, was driven by equitable principles in Islam, which appeared nowhere  in our submissions and the legal provisions.

Sujud syukur. This decision is the sweetest, so far.
